We will focus on how Jesus opens our eyes to see what is really going on. Jesus initiates the action. The Blind man seemed happy to be a blind beggar. Jesus initiates action to open our eyes. We just have to be receptive to his creative action in our lives.
Seeing is believing? How about a better idea: Believing is seeing.
In some ways we are all born blind and ignorant. Open the eyes of our hearts, Lord.
We all walk the same journey in life. One side of the street is in the light, and the other side is in the shadows. How we make that journey is up to us. Same origin. Same destination. But what side of the street we take makes all the difference.
Evangelism is inviting people to cross the street to walk in the light with us.
